Tharaka diplomat Sabastian Mwangani has said he is ready to take the incubent Mp Gitonga Murugara home after the Chief Justice David Maraga wrote to the president seeking the dissolution of the parliament over lack of two thirds gender rule.
Mwangangi says the Mp has done very little in terms of development againist what he promised in his campaigns.”Gitonga promised the costituents that he would lobby for big projects and above all he would not require the CDF kitty but today he has perfomed below the bar,” says mwangangi.
The Tharaka known diplomat says that a good number of primary schools in Tharaka are at verge of being absorbed into Meru county over what he reffers to as luxity of the Mp when it come to representation of Tharaka’s interests.
He says the biggest challenge facing Tharaka people is lack of water which according to him Gitonga has not showed any promising efforts towards solving the acute challenge like through sinking of boreholes but he has been relying on mere PR
The first time legislator has been on spot severally over issues affecting Tharaka costituency such as Water issues and electricity connection which despite of being heavily funded the impacts has not been felt.
As the president mulls through the advise by the chief justice to dissolve the parliament and have a by-election held,kenyans are left to wait the twist which the move will take with ,the speaker of the national assemby having declared to challenge the Maraga’s move in court.
