Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has left Netizens talking after Claiming that the reason why Uasin Gishu and Nandi county Members of Parliament were not invited to Naivasha, Nakuru County for a meeting where the head of state President Uhuru Kenyatta is meeting with Parliamentarians from both the Senate and the National Assembly to discuss and build consensus on the implementation road map of the reform proposals contained in the Building Bridges Initiative report was to defraud them by taking away one constituency from each of the two counties.
In a post on his Twitter page today, the former Senate Majority leader condemned the move terming it daylight Robbery.
“This is daylight robbery. So the reason why Uasin Gishu and Nandi Counties MPs were not invited to Naivasha was to defraud them by taking away one (1) Constituency from each of the counties? TERRIBLE @Araap_Sang @scherargei @GvnMandago” Murkomen wrote.
