Kenya school of law the preferred centre of excellence in professional legal training, research and consultancy in the East African region and beyond over December hired Mwangangi Sabastian to be the institution first person to spearhead it’s marketing. The parastatal never used to have marketing section before.
Kenya school of law offers quality practical training in law and other related disciplines for the professional development of advocates, lawyers and other actors in the legal sector, and undertake research, consultancies and projects related to legal issues.
Mwangangi was successful after series of interviews and he is charged in crafting strategy to hype the uptake of Advocate’s Training Program(ATP), Paralegal courses and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for lawyers among others.
Mwangangi is a PhD finalist in Diplomacy and International studies and his mastery in Advanced International Law that he studied at masters and PhD coursework makes him rhyme well with the institution. He is a proud member of African Digital Diplomacy research team Based in WITS University South Africa and Diplomacy Scholar’s Association of Kenya.
He is billed that he will catapult the revenues of the Karen Based premier institution that sharpens the so called “learned friends” i.e the lawyers.
Mwangangi is one of the very few star marketer’s in the country and an avid consumer researcher. He had previously worked for one of the best research firm in Kenya, Consumer insight Africa immediately he graduated from Maseno university with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Marketing Option) with Information Technology December 2010.
He has previously worked for reputable organizations like Kenya Breweries Ltd (Central Glass Ltd) as intern , Royal Media Services (Wimwaro fm) as Business Executive, Mediamax Network Ltd (Meru fm) as Senior Business Executive before quiting in 2016 to Join County Government of Tharaka Nithi as Chief Officer and later Acting Minister only to return to Mediamax again as Account Manager after Ragwa lost elections.
Tharaka land is blessed with sons with great brains who competes with the rest of the Kenyan professionals in Nairobi and emerges TOP of the peers.
Speaking to News Flash over the phone Mwangangi confirmed that he succeeded in a very rigorous interview process and has since taken the position.
